Our products are drop shipped directly from items supplier and the product may and may not be available, it maybe out of stock and/or back ordered.
- If the item is out of stock and discontinued, I will let you know and issue a refund.
- If the item is back ordered, I will contact you with a restock date and you may choose to cancel the order or wait for it to be back in stock.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
If you require faster shipping method, please contact me and I can give you the shipping costs and payment arrangements.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Small and lighter items will be shipped via USPS (either First Class or Priority Mail) and most delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
Bigger and heavier items will be shipped via FEDEX Home Delivery and delivery time is 4 to 5 business days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
All Items Are Subject To Availability
What this means is that while my supplier tries to keep items in stock as much as possible, they are limited on the time restraints. Some items may be discontinued and once gone it will be removed from our products list. If the item states that it will restock in a certain date and that item may go out of stock before then and I will try to keep up with the inventory as much as I possible. If you happen to add an item to your order and I find that it is out of stock and maybe restock at a certain point or discontinued, I will email you and let you know.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Kitchen Merchant is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Kitchen Merchant is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact me.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
No Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii nor to any US Territories.
Sorry, my supplier will not ship to these states due to excessive shipping costs. If potential customers are willing to pay for the extra charges, contact me for a quote.
